I have decided on a menu for Saturday. The South Lansing Winter markets at the Lansing Mall . 10-3 South Lansing Farmers Market
Breads are, Alabama pecan, butterscotch, carrot, cinnamon swirl, lemon raspberry, pistachio, pineapple upside down and strawberry. Pecan pie, pineapple upside down cake, brownies, lemon bars, cinnamon brown sugar pop tarts, and fruity pebbles bars. Here are the vendors and yums you'll find in our International Food Court on Saturday, February 28, 10-3pm, during South Lansing Winter Markets @ Lansing Mall (use the main entrance near T-Mobile). Fill your face with delicious ethnic meals and a la carte items, and don't forget dessert! We have bakers and candy makers to satisfy every sweet tooth. Wash it all down with apple cider and hot/iced coffee. Dine in, munch 'n mingle, or carry out.

Mitten Mallows - Gourmet Marshmallows : homemade marshmallows, marshmallow treats, and cocoa kits

Sweets & Treats by Tangie: sweet potato pie, pound cake, layer cake, Dubai chocolate cookies, cherry cinnamon rolls

Sunbird Sourdough: sourdough cinnamon rolls, fruit/cream rolls, english muffins, cardamom buns, pretzel bites, and boules

Sourdough Depot: sourdough cookies, scones, and sandwich loafs

The Nut Chamber: fresh cinnamon roasted nuts

Sweet Seasons Orchard: apple cider (by the cup, quart, or gallon), hot cider, fresh donuts, and a variety of sweet and salty snacks.

The 517 Coffee Company: hot and iced coffee, cold brew, hot cocoa, and bags of fresh roasted beans.

I sauteed these bad boys with some onion, garlic, salt, pepper until golden brown. Then I took that delicious fu***ng fond and made a THICCC gravy with it and MAN those are some good shroom bois.

Listen. I did not wake up planning to reinvent a childhood classic… but the peanut butter whispered, the chocolate said “do it,” and suddenly I’m elbow-deep in wafers like a woodland cryptid with a pair of stand mixers.

These aren’t your average lunchbox sticks.
These are:
✨ aggressively peanut buttery
✨ dunked in a scandalous amount of chocolate
✨ made with the chaotic confidence of someone who absolutely should have gone to bed earlier

If Midnight Scavenger and Street Cat Snacks had a jittery little forest cousin who hoards snacks and makes questionable life choices… this would be it.

Anyway.

Jen X got squirrelly.
The kitchen survived.
