Have you ever met a cake so elegant looking you want to take it out for a drink? This would be the one to do it!

It's a shame that the buttercream, which was actually an aubergine color, showed up more brown in all the photos because it went so well with the rest of the color scheme. But alas, she is still pretty!

Highland cows are the cutesy bovine around and so it's only natural for a highland cow cake to be just as cute 😍 I love the addition of fresh flowers on top to really highlight the organic nature of the design.

This cake and cake pops set were done before Halloween for a girl with awesome taste.

Halloween was big for me this year, with going to Theater Bizarre for the first and making my own costume, that I never got around to posting this one (just like many others 😬).

This cute little salted caramel anniversary cake (made when the world was warmer and less rainy....😩) is a miniature replica of this couple's wedding cake from last August.

Another pretty thing waiting to be seen! This cake was a small key lime pie birthday cake and a mini replica of one of the birthday boy's wedding cake flavors.

It's so hard getting back in the habit if posting pictures again after so long. I have so many cake pics hanging out on my phone waiting for their time to shine!

This lovely bridal shower cake from this summer is serving some rustic elegance and it is fabulous! 😍

Also, if I started a twice monthly mixed treat box, would people interested? They would include things like cookies, brownies, and mini cakes.

It feels like forever since I've posted a cake 🤯 I haven't stopped baking, but my non-baking life has been a little crazy this year and I needed time to focus on that before I could focus on Ampersand's social media.

BUT ☝️ we will be crackin' on with cake pictures abound and some new offerings for fall!
