Thankyou to my wonderful customers, I do really appreciate you all πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’“

Breadmixes, baking mixes and balls are still available on the website (crunchy cereals are gone, sorry!) but for how much longer I'm not sure.

Things have been a bit hectic this year so far. As anyone running a small business will tell you, the hourly rate is not flash, probably even in the negative numbers by now. Add to that the rising cost of expensive keto ingredients, rising courier costs, and my lack of time (which is a bit of a vicious cycle as I'm working more hours at school) the business is not financially sustainable.

The protein balls will be taken off the website at the end of the month, then I'll make a decision about the rest..

Sorry this is not better news. I'd love an extra couple of days in the week to be able to do more! I have loved being in contact with you amazing people, and it's heartwarming getting beautiful feedback from people who enjoy my work. I will keep you posted!

~ Overnight 'Noats' ~

Resharing again as this is my favourite breakfast right now!

PB&J with s/f raspberry jam topping 🍊

Makes 2 servings:
~1/2 cup nut milk (or oat milk)
~1/2 cup unsweetened yoghurt
~1tbsp chia seeds
~2 tbsp Crafty Keto Noatmeal (I used the Creamy)
~1-2 scoops vanilla or chocolate flavour faba bean protein (from )
~1 tbsp pb
~2 tbsp s/f raspberry jam swirled through

Mix all together in a jar or glass. Add topping, cover & leave in fridge for an hour or so, or overnight. Can add more s/f jam serve, or orange zest, etc.
