Officially DEREGISTERED.. yup you heard that right. The amount of orders I do, I cant quantify paying the same amount for council verifications, MPI fees, and ICC council registration as a full scale commercial kitchen that pumps out large amounts of hot food daily to my teeny tinny dozen a month orders. Around $600, which means I would make like 600 a year (if that) before tax's. Naaaaaaah, not for me. I choose to do so little amount of orders to keep my own peace (my life is seriously chaotic 98% of the time).
Let's hope my literally months long shelf stable product will be next on the list for MPI to cut the red tape from!
Anyway, since I've had a bit of time this year amongst life's chaos, I spent about 10 hours on my first ginger bread house. There may be a bit of a draft but I looooove the cottage vibes, my kids thinks its magic and my house smells of gingerbread 🥰
