The brief for this cake was ‘make it taste like a smore but with cookie butter!’ My son’s current favourite.
So each double chocolate cake layer had a crunchy biscoff cheesecake base and the filling was classic Swiss meringue buttercream BUT with roasted marshmallows whipped into it!
The birthday boy was very impressed.

This one is 2 layers of triple chocolate chip cookie and 2 layers of classic chocolate chip cookie with a small amount of Swiss meringue buttercream.
A quick topper and look how fun!

Twinkle twinkle little star Baby shower cake and matching cupcakes? No problem.
This was a classic funfetti cake with Swiss meringue buttercream, strawberry compote and fondant accents. The matching cupcakes were hummingbird cake, cream cheese Swiss meringue with sugar cookie accents.
This set was such a pleasure to make.
