~GINGERBREAD~
This weeks flavour of the week!

This one was introduced Christmas 2024 as a node to the great gingerbread men cookies! I find it tastes just like them, but in a sourdough loaf form.

Personally I love it toasted with apple jelly, but its delish toasted with gingerbread cookie peanut butter or jam, or together for a twist on the clasic o.g. pb+jelly! Its also pretty good just toasted with butter too!

Have you tried it before?!

You guys went crazy over our frozen special last time! Our freezer has creeped up again so we have bought it back just in time to ride the last of the achool holidays out! 6 loaves for $45.

Absolutely bonkers!

They flew out last time so come grab some, leave a loaf or two out overnight, feed those hungry kids (and big kids!) and avoid any hangryness over these last few days of holidays. 🤪

Heres our wonderful Audrey up at sparrows fart this morning, to prep and bake all the bread for the shop shelves, as well as two of our wholesale suppliers, Compleat Wellness and Real Nz!

So much time, love, attention and energy goes into each loaf we create, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we love creating them.
