Focaccia Melt is a quick and easy meal - grab your loaf from Wild Yeast Bakery, and your leeks, spinach, spring onions, and garlic from our local growers at the Community Produce Stall, and you've got most of this sorted before you're even home. Add whatever cheese you've got (leave the chicken out for a hearty meat-free version if you like), and you're in business.
