Fresh from the oven , Brighton’s legendary Chewy Brown. Our classic Campaillou bread, delicious chewy crust with a soft, pillowy crumb.

Goes well with everything, a real crowd pleaser. If you can’t finish a loaf , it is great sliced in the freezer, then pop straight in the toaster.

Pasta workshop this Saturday. Tommaso will show you how make the perfect pasta dough; he’ll then guide you through two traditional pasta shapes (Malloreddus and Orecchiettte) ; as well as one filled lemon and basil ricotta ravioli pasta; all rolled and shaped by hand. 1-4pm, book thorough link in bio! 🍝
