Hello you! It’s been a while. I’ve had a couple of weeks off with my children and I’ve loved every minute of it. Earlier in the year, I had some pictures taken and wanted to share them with you.

Hi there! There have been so many new followers in the last few weeks, I thought I’d jump on here and say a massive ‘Hello’. My name is Uma and I own Fair Cake.
I took over Fair Cake in 2019 and I’ve run with it since! I teach all the classes. Well, I am the cleaner, the buyer, prepper, assistant, customer service agent, social media manager, receptionist, and teacher. And I love it all! Most of all the teaching part of my job.
I am a Mumma to two beautiful children and I live in West Sussex. A former model I now teach baking and decorating and I pour candles in my spare time! Have you had a chance to look at the website ??? www.faircakecandles.co.uk
Every class is so incredibly humbling when I find out just how far my students have travelled to learn at Fair Cake.Mich from France, Siobhan from Australia, April from Alabama to name a few and they all have such varied backgrounds- pastry chefs, prison officers, GP’s, council officers, trans activists and they each have such a wonderful tales to share. And I’m here for them all.
