We have researched how our bodies process food, why natural foods are so beneficial, and how to make nutritious food taste great without artificial additives. The result is delicious food that has dramatically changed how we look and feel. Everything is made in-house from ingredients that serve a purpose and are free from: Refined sugars, dairy and soy. We also cater for specific dietary requirements, for example the majority of our recipes can be made wheat and gluten free. That was probably the longest unintentional hiatus in posting anything here…
Since my last post I have been super busy baking and packaging lots of granola and of course making delicious flapjacks, blondies and Marbles.
From my tiny 5 star kitchen I have been churning out granola in the multi kilos on a weekly basis for over 2 years and making the guilt free sweet treats for over 6 years.
Family life has got super busy too and with a toddler chasing me it’s been a tricky juggling act!
It’s been a hard decision to make but I will be hanging up my apron to spend more time with my young family.
I don’t feel The LaB Deli will be gone forever… I’ve worked so hard building up a client base of wholesale and private customers and I know the products are super delicious!😉
Thank you to everyone who has liked, commented and shared posts and of course those of you that have placed orders✌🏼
I’ll probably swing by here occasionally to share some yummy recipes…

CLOSING FOR CHRISTMAS and NY🎄
Closing a little earlier than planned as 2020 is the year that keeps on giving!
My eldest Son is going to be homeschooling again for the final week of term; yes we have a precautionary whole school COVID closure on our hands...
Wish me luck with Google Classroom👩🏻‍🏫 in the busier week of the year!
Thankfully we are all well, fit and healthy here so there is still time to order.

We are really excited about these after last years success and hope you love them too❣️

As with all of our LaB Deli products, The Christmas Treat Box is plant based and we use gluten free ingredients🌱

This recipe idea had been in my head for a while and last night I had some time spare to attempt it👩🏻‍🍳🍪
Almond butter and choc chunky cookies🍪🍪🍪
Super happy with how they turned out and they past my two toughest critics tastebuds✌🏼
I think they will be here to stay and may feature in this years Christmas Treat Box🎄

Monday💥
I’m back in the kitchen after a well rested half term👩🏻‍🍳
Not the news anyone wanted to hear on Saturday!
My orders have doubled since!🙏🏼
Granola and Bircher Muesli comfort eating for the next month it is.
This box of 10kg of organic figs smells amazing and lots goes into our Blondies and Muesli and a sneaky side portion for Bambino Bodhi this morning.
