Kefir Loaf, Muesli loaf, Seeded soda, Filmjölkslimpa.
So many names for this bread - packed with seeds & oats, a bit of our bread flour, kefir & a tiny bit of treacle. It’s basically breakfast cereals in the shape of a loaf!
Availabe down at the cafe most days.
We also bake a fruit & nut and a Rye version of this.
A must try if you haven’t already!!

How do we feel about a Rolled Pavlova with fresh berries & cream? This used to be a firm Fika-favourite down at the Open Market so we thought we’d try it out at the Cafe 🍓
It is also Red & White 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 so a prefect treat for watching the football in the evening. The blackberries makes it a little bit blue but just pick them off … unless you support Norway 🇳🇴 then keep them😀
