Chiara makes all of these single handedly on a daily basis, in our small in house bakery underneath the cafe.

I take credit for occasionally weighing flour and tidying up after her 👨🏻‍🍳

🌸 Happy International Women’s Day 🌸
Today I’m particularly celebrating my wife Chiara and our amazing team here at Cafe des Couleurs. The majority of you that come in will see me upstairs regularly, but I’m sure you all know that Chiara is very much steering the ship from the bakery/ kitchen below.

In case you didn’t know, Chiara is basically “Wonder Woman” with a spatula. She’s the baker, the chef, the designer and an amazing business owner. She’s also doing all this at the moment whilst 6 months pregnant by the way!!!
And I couldn’t be a prouder husband and co-owner, honestly this place wouldn’t be possible without you.

We also have an amazing team of women helping us along the way, big shout out to Lily, Daisy, Lola and Bonnie for being apart of this crazy journey with us ❤️ And to our past female employees, you guys are all amazing. Thank you ☺️
