Over the last year I have baked thousands of cookies, served countless cups of coffee/dirty sodas, met so many incredible people, and built something that means more to me than I ever expected. The support this community has shown my bakery has been nothing short of incredible, and I wanted to celebrate this milestone the best way I know how...

By bringing back EVERY SINGLE ONE of the cookies that started it all.

🍦 Screamsicles - Push pop ice cream inspired but make them COOKIES.
(My amazing friend at Something Sweet was kind enough to share her awesome idea with me when I approached her about it, she did them last week in her line up and I instantly fell in love and had to try them out myself! So thank you for allowing me the chance to try out my own version Bri! 🥰)

Oreo Chocolate Cream Pie. Our black cocoa Oreo base topped with a rich chocolate pie filling, stabilized whipped cream, and a buttery graham cracker crumble.

Peach Cobbler Cheesecake. A cinnamon sugar cookie base stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling and our house made peach cobbler, topped with buttery cinnamon streusel.

Inspired by the nostalgic Chocolate Éclair Ice Cream Bar. A fudgy chocolate cookie base stuffed with vanilla bean cream and fudge filling, topped with our version of the iconic crunchy cake crumble.

Millionaire S'mores Tart. A buttery chocolate chip graham cracker cookie stuffed with toasted marshmallow and hot fudge, topped with chocolate cream filling and toasted meringue.

⚡ Power Surge
Blue Raspberry Lemonade turned cookie. Our sour blue raspberry and lemon cookie bases twisted together, rolled in granulated sugar, topped with sour blue raspberry candy powder and a lemon icing drizzle.
