Why “Sourdough” you ask?
Sourdough is easier to digest than store bought bread plus the ingredient list for store bought bread goes on and on and on! Our basic sourdough loaf has 4 ingredients: bread flour, water, salt, starter and NO preservatives, just fresh bread! 🙂
