It's been a busy few weeks for this mama! ❤️ I have a few things to share!!

Between end-of-school activities, family celebrations, a graduation, a funeral, reunions, birthdays, and all the little things that come with this season of life, my focus has been on family and making memories. While I haven't been actively building my business these past few weeks, I'm thankful for the flexibility to be present for the moments that matter most.

Now that the dust is settling, I'm looking forward to getting back into the kitchen and back to doing what I love! 🍞

A quick reminder that I do have my regular pick-ups happening this Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, and there's still time to place an order! Ordering closes tonight at 7 PM.

And one more exciting update...the cart is coming back! 🎉 Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 13th from 10 AM–12 PM. I'll share more details about what will be available as we get a little closer, but I'm excited to have the cart open again and fingers crossed all goes well.

I feel like I’ve been a little absent from my Annie in the House page lately, and honestly… life has just been FULL. ❤️

Between my son’s college graduation, my daughter’s prom, driving back and forth to North Carolina in the middle of it all, and now preparing for my daughter’s high school graduation and graduation party… whew. Add in my grandmother’s funeral and a family reunion this weekend, and there’s been a whole lot happening emotionally and physically over here.

I’m tired. Grateful… but tired. 🫶🏻

Thank you all so much for sticking with me this week while I offered a very limited menu. Your support, kindness, and continued orders truly mean so much to me during busy seasons like this.

Good news though… next week’s menu drop (Thursday morning!) will have all the goodies added back in again! 🥖🍓🧈

I really wanted to provide some amazing goodies on tomorrow’s menu drop, but next week is going to be a very full and emotional one for our family. We will be preparing for the funeral of my dear sweet grandmother, a family reunion, and my daughter’s high school graduation party all in the same week. ❤️

Because of that, I need to simplify things a bit this time around. Bread is actually the easiest and most time-efficient thing for me to make during busy seasons, so this week’s menu will be bread options only. Unfortunately, bagels, cinnamon rolls, English muffins, and scones take up a great deal more time and labor.

I truly hope you’ll still be in need of some fresh sourdough and continue to support me anyway! 😊

Today is dough day, and tomorrow is bake day for my Wednesday night/Thursday morning pickups! 🥖✨ And yes, this is an AI background in the pic. I couldn’t resist. Isn’t it great? 😂😂

I just wanted to pop on here and say THANK YOU. Last week’s menu drop was such a success!! I sold out of almost everything AND tripled my sales from the week before. I truly cannot thank y’all enough for supporting this little home bakery of mine.

Please keep those orders coming! I’m trying to plan some fun things for ME this summer… and I guess my family too. 😂 I really love being able to independently provide for my “extras” and little luxuries without always pulling from my man’s paycheck.

Ok… who am I kidding? I definitely still ask him for a LOT. Hahaha!! But you get my gist. 😅

Seriously though, I’m so thankful for these successful weeks. Your support means more than you know, and every order truly helps support our family and this dream I’ve built from home. ❤️

Three years ago yesterday was my very last day working as an orthodontic assistant… and three years ago today, Annie in the House became my full-time job. 🥹

I had already started Annie in the House before leaving my job, but stepping out on my own fully was one of the scariest and biggest leaps of faith I’ve ever taken. Somehow… by the grace of God and the support of all of YOU… we’ve made it THREE YEARS. 💛

Over the years, my business has changed so much. What started mostly with cakes has slowly transformed into what is now mostly sourdough (with a little chaos and creativity mixed in 😅).

And somewhere along the way, so many of you became more than customers — you became encouragers, supporters, friends, and people who have truly carried me through the hard seasons.

Thank you for every order, every share, every kind word, every prayer, every market visit, and every time you chose to support my little home business. It means more than you know.

And yes… one of these days I really AM going to schedule more canning classes like I keep promising 😂 so stay tuned for that too!

Here’s to 3 years of Annie in the House being my full-time adventure. I’m so thankful you’re all here for it. 🤍

I was originally going to have it stocked by 9:00, however I’m changing it to 10:00 to give myself a little more time!

Hey friends! I’m going for it! 🤍

The cart will be out this Sunday from 9-11 am! I’m not exactly sure what all will be stocked yet, but I can promise there will be yummies! 😍 I'll also have all my preorders out as well. If I have any leftovers from tomorrow's event, I will have those also with a discount.

I’ll at least have some baked goods that would be absolutely perfect for Mother’s Day weekend. Fresh baked treats + goodies for celebrating the sweet moms in your life. 🌷
