Happy Father's Day from Bread Alley. 🖤 Behind every great loaf is a story, and this one belongs to a very special Dad.

Early in her career, our head baker, Sarah, would bring her dad loaves she was testing at work. Every single time, he'd taste it and tell his vegetarian daughter the same thing — "the flavor's great, but it needs more meat."

So she made him this one as a joke. It was so well-loved, she's carried it with her ever since. "This will always be my quintessential dad loaf."
