Harvest fest is this Saturday! It's supposed to be a lovely day with a high of 72° (don't look at the low 🥶). Come enjoy some great music from Hicks Duo, Enjoy Big Mikes monster bowl, and peruse all the craft vendor booths, oh and pick up some goodies from me lol.

Little tip you won't find in any cookie recipe, preheat your oven after you've scooped your cookies. Flour needs time to hydrate, most bread bakers know that but if you apply that to your cookies (especially gluten free ones) your cookies will come out softer without being under-cooked. Preheating after scooping kind of forces you to slow down and not throw your cookies into the oven right away. Let your oven come to temperature and sit at temperature for a few minutes before baking your cookies. If you try it out let me know!
