Hello!

A small bakery update:
I will be taking a short break on having desserts available each night from October 16th to the 29th. Pre-orders are still available for this time! So if you know you’ll be in and would like cookies, cake, muffins, I’m more than happy to provide those! All I need is a days notice!

The plan is to be back baking Halloween weekend with spooky desserts and opening up orders for Thanksgiving Pies! Like I mentioned earlier in this post, I’ll still be available for any form of preorders. Thank you again for all the support, and I will see you in two weeks!

Sometimes you have to decorate a cake just for fun… so I present a pumpkin cake!

Now.. you would think it would be pumpkin cake but I haven’t perfected my recipe just yet. And I do not want to send out something I don’t feel is right.

So! We have a Chocolate Cake with a Rich Ganache in between the layers and a Swiss Meringue Buttercream used for the decorations.

I also have Chocolate Cupcakes with Swiss Meringue Buttercream available… with little pumpkins on top as well!!

New Weekend.. More Desserts…

My Apple Pie is back! Probably one of my favorite things to make is pie. From the flaky crust - to the filling sweetened just enough, and maybe a cinnamon crumble on top. Plus, I have the same Apple Pie available as vegan as well!

And continuing on with more fall flavors, I’ve made Pumpkin Maple Cinnamon Rolls. A Brown Butter Pumpkin filling, a Pumpkin Spice Sugar, and a Maple Cream Cheese Frosting. With a little added Maple Drizzle.. perfect for heating up for a morning treat or an after pizza snack!

Plus! I’ve made more of my Double Chocolate Fudge Cake for the weekend seeing as how loved it was last weekend!

For my cookie selection, I have Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Raisin, and Vegan Chocolate Chunk

I can’t wait to see everyone today! And hopefully to provide as many people as possible for a fall treat or sweet treat!

We’re back!!!!

And I’ve got the first of fall flavors!
A Pumpkin Spice Roll!
My usual cinnamon roll dough but with a pumpkin brown butter filling, pumpkin spice sugar, and a pumpkin cream cheese!

And the cake of the week is a double chocolate fudge!

I have my usual cookies available as well, I can’t wait to see everyone!

This has to be my biggest order yet! When I was asked to do ten cookie trays of eight-teen, it sounded pretty straightforward. 180 cookies is a lot but I figured I could manage pretty easy! Well.. Mother Nature had other plans and the day after I made all the needed cookie dough, we lost power. Which in turn resulted in a lose of a lot of cookie dough! Regardless, I never want to let a customer down, so we remade this week and got the trays over to them last night!

A huge thank you to Dunes Hospice LLC and to Elizabeth Summers for firstly ordering with me and then being so patient and understanding with the power being out! I hope everyone enjoys the cookies! It was a pleasure being able to provide desserts for you!
