Summer CSA starts NEXT WEEK at Perkins' Good Earth Farm !

Get ready for 10 weeks of fresh sourdough deliveries to the farm stand every Wednesday through August 29th.

We have split the summer into two 5 week sessions and CSA shares come in three options.

Session 1: June 17 - July 15
Session 2: July 22 - Aug 26(no bread Aug 19)

Farmstand pick-up Wednesdays 2-5pm - Thursday 9-6pm

Share options: EVERYTHING IS SOURDOUGH!!
Baker's Choice - different each week.
Country Loaf - same every weak.
Sandwich Loaf - different each week. (rotation of White, Whole Wheat and Multigrain.)

**Baker's Choice may contain nuts, seeds, fruit, veg, dairy and/or raw honey.

Our European style 100% Rye loaves are made exclusively with Janie's Mill organic stone milled Bono Rye.
We mix them up plain Jane 😉 or loaded with pumpkin, sesame, poppy, and flax seed.

Sliced thin, toasted or not.
It makes a great sandwich, the perfect charcuterie toast or picnic accompaniment.

Intense flavor, hearty texture and remarkable nutritional value. 👌

Opening our 7th season at the Miller Beach Farmers Market yesterda we couldn't help but reflect on our journey.

Somethings have changed over the years...
The number of days we bake every week.
How much we can produce in a single "bake".
The number of hours we spend in/out of the bakery.
Where we source our raw ingredients.
How much we raise and grow to meet our own supply needs.
Where you can get our bread.

But, much has remained the same...
Commitment to the highest quality of raw ingredients. (Especially the grain, duh. )
The lowest possible use of plastics and other "disposable" equipment.
The time, attention and intention we bring to not only our finished product but the entire process.
The unwavering support of our community.

It hasn't been *easy, but nothing worth doing ever really is.
