We got together for no reason at all this month! I made Verden Beste or as Norwegians call it The Best Cake in the World! It did not disappoint! And neither did the company!
The Cake is the wonderful light sponge cover with almond meringue and light fluffy cream in the middle! Covered with toasted almonds. It melts in your mouth!

I have been spending time with my favorite dogs, and baking some fall favorites! These Crumbl Cookie Pumpkin Chocolate Chip copy cat! They are soft, delicious and full of chocolate chip! True indulgence for this fall! They are big cookies and will be sold individually.

We got together for " We survived DERECHO 2026" party! I made Brooklyn Black Out Cake.
The cake was created in 1942 by Ebinger bakery in Brooklyn New York. During the war, the city would go dark to avoid detection by Germans.
The Cake has layers of chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate pudding and covered in chocolate ganache. A true indulgence for anyone who loves chocolate!
