To sign up for No-knead Bread classes with me this Fall through Spokane Parks and Recreation, you have three options: 1) just call 311 if you are inside the Spokane city limits, 2) call 509-755-CITY to do it over the phone if you are outside of the Spokane city limits, or 3) visit spokanerec.org to sign up through the online catalog. Near the top of the web page you may need to scroll sideways through the options of categories for events and select the pink Corbin Art Center category. Scroll down to the very bottom of the list of events for Corbin Art Center. You may need to click “Load more” a few times to get to the bottom of the list. Then choose your date: Oct. 4, 11 or 25 or Nov. 1. The classes for Oct. 25 and Nov. 1 are Next Level (slightly more advanced). I recommend taking a Basics class first before the Next Level class, but it’s optional. If you need some support with registering for a class, please message me for help. Let’s make something easy, delicious and FUN together!
