I'm going to be more personal than I have ever been on my business account.

I'm trying. I keep trying. But I'm exhausted. I have my own struggles outside of my business, but right now, I am drained and lacking motivation. Just for today I can't find it in me to bake cookies and make frostings. So, I will not be open for today.

I promise nothing bad is happening it just takes so much out of me being at the shop for 16-18 hours a day while grabbing all needed inventory.

Today has been slow with a few surges of customers hither and tither. But not enough to have to run the business the way...

Today has been slow with a few surges of customers hither and tither. But not enough to have to run the business the way I wish it to be. So today I will close by 6:00 pm today. Another reason, too, is because we are running out of sugar cookies and very limited on stock. Thank you all for understanding.

I do wish to apologize to everyone, but there is a very short supply of cookies today. I wasn't able to get to baking running on a short schedule and buying inventory while prepping the store.

NEWS FLASH TO ALL:

People like to come by with their personal Stanley Cups, or thermos, as we oldies like to call them. (I'm old. Born in 1994.)

It has come to my attention that it is unfair for people to bring in their own drink containers and only get a, "Thank you for supporting my business. See you again."

So, for those that wish to bring their own Stanley Cups, thermos, or drink sizes equal to Twisted Sugar's (i.e. 16 oz, 24 oz, 32 oz, or 44 oz) will get 10% off their drink order.

This comes from the Owner himself. Which is me. Deal with it.

Hello again.

So, there happens to be some miscommunication. I did have a HVAC specialist look over my refrigerators and the problems are the thermostats within. He stated the parts are easy to get and we could have an immediate overnight parts delivery.

I was told he should be back by 9:00 am today, and well, as you can see it's past that time right now. I did get in contact with someone, but they also said they do not see any parts ordered for my business. They're working it out as soon as they can, but that puts me back in not having any cookies. I will have today closed again, but at the least it allows me to catch up with business on the outside.

I will update everyone later today with if better news comes by.

Good morning, Everyone. Immediate news.

Refrigerators are down. Not a simple click on, click off, plug out and plug back in, situation. It's not responding. I have called someone to address this and the earliest for them is between 4-5 pm. So, we will be closed for today.
