When the munchkin requests dinosaurs....well....you make dinosaurs! First time making a character Mac and I’m pretty happy with them....now to pray to the Mac gods that they bake right! !

Tried something a little different tonight...nope it’s not a macaron. It’s a genoise sponge cupcake...my son turns 3 on Wednesday and this mamma really wants to make him a cupcake baked from scratch!! Will try these again tomorrow at some point with a shorter bake time and then add a vanilla simple syrup and the frost them with Italian meringue buttercream!!

I’ve been MIA from this page for a week or so and wanted to say I am still here!!!! I’ve been taking some time off from baking to just relax. I will be baking again tomorrow!! Frankie turns 3 next week so planning on baking some genoise sponge cupcakes!!!
