Bartlett’s was established in 2000 by Tracy Bartlett. He was a kind and hilarious man. He saw a mini donut stand when he was a child and knew that’s what he wanted to do when he grew up. In 2009, tragedy struck and Tracy passed away. Wanting to keep his dream alive, his mother and family stepped in and kept things going. Dottie is well known with our donut fans! Everyone calls her “the donut lady”. She is generous and sassy! Time has passed and so has the torch. We’ll talk more on that later, but this post is about these two wonderful humans who created a delicious treat for the Spokane area. Rest in Power, Tracy! We aim to do you and Dottie proud!
