Oh boy are we excited to introduce this!

Over the last year we have been provided the opportunity to start exploring an ingredient we have been interested in for YEARS.

Kernza® is the poster child of Perennial agriculture. Instead of needing to be planted every year, till the soil annually, and be exploitive to the soil, Kernza® is a perennial grain paving the wage for continued research and development into perennial crops.

Not only is it environmentally incredible, it is also packed with nutrients and flavor. We have to thank UMN Forever Green for awarding us our SME grant to help us develop products to bring Kernza® into the Spokane market, and The Land Institute for all of their work to keep to bring Kernza®to life and keep it advancing.

Now I get to introduce you to our Kernza® B**r - Perennial Pint

Perennial Pint is an American Light L***r. I wanted to brew something extremely simple to allow Kernza’s unique, spicy herbal flavor to come through, while also making something extremely easy to enjoy. At 4.2%, you can drink Perennial Pint all day long and love every minute! Brewed with Kernza® Pilsner Malt from Sustain-A-Grain , Lyon Pilsner malt from Joseph’s Grainery and LINC Malt , and Adeena hops from Roy Farms .

Come and get it, but don’t worry, it’s here to stay!

Mmmmmmmmosaic and rye!

That’s right, our Summer Lester Cup entry is an IPA brewed with rye (great choice from our buddies at Hat Trick) and three different forms of Mosaic hops (Incognito, T90 Pellets from Double R Hop Ranches, and Abstrax Hops Quantum).

Even though it’s hazy, it’s super dry, super drinkable, and filled with that delicious blueberry, mango, citrusy Mosaic goodness.

Come. And. Get it!
