If you havenโ€™t already, then you HAVE to check out this new bookstore coffee shop! What a lovely, inviting atmosphere. Owner and staff are always welcoming and a pleasure to be around. Ans while you are there, you can enjoy some of my bagels, muffins, cookies and cinnamon rolls! Support local and have a blast doing it!

I am so incredibly grateful that my family and I were spared from the Spokane fires. However, in an attempt to make a tiny difference for those affected by the fires, I will be donating a roll for every roll purchased at The Scale House Market , up to 7 dozen rolls. Thanks to my good friends ๐๐š๐œ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก๐ฐ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐‹๐‹๐‚. for supplying the mushrooms! The Scale house is located at 4422 E 8th Ave, open Wednesday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday-Sunday 8-4. You can find my rolls in the pastry case at the new Quarry Cafe ๐Ÿ˜ if you would like more ways to support the families affected by these fires, you can purchase a Scale House gift card at the register and we will be handing out these gift cards as well as donated meals throughout the next several weeks. Thank you!

Fresh out of the oven and ready for your July 4th weekend celebrations! In celebration of our countryโ€™s 250th birthday, I handmade 250 hamburger buns! Come get them at The Scale House Market 4422 E 8th Ave today until 7pm, Saturday 8am-2pm and Sunday 8-4. While you are here, get your local beef and other bbq-ing essentials from Johnson Homestead and Frankie Browning ! I also have my mixed muffin boxes ready for you to enjoy wherever this weekend takes you.
