We specialize in artisan sourdough breads, bagels, pastries, sandwiches, and coffee, all made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and a passion for creating delicious food that everyone can enjoy.

Barista
Pay: $16.00/hour, tips are on top of that
Training Pay: $14.50/hour, tips are on top of that, for the first 35 hours
Typical Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday.
Opening Shift: 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Closing Shift: 11:45 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Position Summary
As a Barista, you'll create a welcoming experience while preparing quality espresso drinks, assisting customers with their bakery purchases, and helping keep the café clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
Take customer orders using the Square Point of Sale system.
Prepare espresso beverages and other café drinks according to recipes.
Bag bakery items and prepare customer orders.
Answer questions about ingredients, allergens, and menu items.
Restock the espresso bar, cups, syrups, and other supplies throughout the day.
Maintain a clean dining room, including wiping tables and keeping the café presentable.
Clean and maintain the espresso machine and coffee equipment.
Assist with general bakery duties.
Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
Sandwich & Toast Maker
Pay: $16.00/hour, tips are on top of that
Training Pay: $14.50/hour, tips are on top of that, for the first 35 hours
Typical Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 8:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Position Summary
As our Sandwich & Toast Maker, you'll prepare our café menu with consistency and attention to detail while ensuring ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
Responsibilities
Prepare bagels, avocado toasts, sandwiches, and other café menu items.
Prepare ingredients for daily service, including slicing cheese, portioning turkey and smoked salmon, and prepping other sandwich ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized prep station.
Wash dishes and assist with keeping the kitchen clean throughout the day.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Assist baristas and bakers during busy periods when needed.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality.
Baker
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour (depending on experience), tips are on top of that
Training Pay: $15.50–$16.50/hour, tips are on top of that, for the first 35 hours
Typical Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday. Shifts begin as early as 5:30 a.m. and may run as late as 5:30 p.m. Most shifts are approximately 5:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
Position Summary
We're looking for a dependable baker with prior back-of-house restaurant or commercial kitchen experience who enjoys working with their hands in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable following recipes, and enjoys problem solving.
Responsibilities
Mix and prepare doughs according to recipes.
Shape and proof sourdough products.
Load and unload products from the oven.
Prepare frostings, curds, fillings, and other bakery components.
Read and follow recipes and production schedules using Excel spreadsheets.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Wash dishes and assist with daily cleaning tasks.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Work efficiently while maintaining product quality and consistency.
Ideal Candidate
Prior back-of-house restaurant or commercial kitchen experience.
Comfortable with basic math and measurements.
Able to read and follow Excel production sheets.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Basic knife skills.
Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
