Hi everyone!! We have been quiet for a while as we worked on an exciting addition to Becky's Bakery. Now that it is close to fruition, I can spill the beans..... We will be offering a full catering service!!! We have come up with some great dishes and marvelous trays to add flavor to any event.

We met Santa this morning and guess what! He was telling Bella and me how much he likes cookies so I gave him a package of chocolate chip cookies. He got so excited and said we made his day. Then while we were in line for breakfast he came and found us and told us he was so excited to read on the package that it's gluten free because he eats gluten free. Go figure... Santa is gluten free!!!

Great news everyone!! Thomas Hammer is going to try our chocolate chip cookies in six of their locations. I will post a list of locations as soon as I know them. Yay!

Becky's Bakery will be a vendor at the Purple Ribbon Pageant in honor of domestic violence awareness this Saturday Nov 1st at Centerplace in Spokane Valley.

Becky's Bakery will be baking centerpieces for the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign event on Feb 11th. We will also be baking cookies for the AHA's Art Saves Hearts event on Nov 21st.

Just another way we are showing our support for healthy causes. Providing healthy and delicious alternatives to traditional cookies.

So far about 55% of businesses who have sampled my cookies have purchased them. Of that 55%, all but one business has sold out within the first week. Yay!!

We are moving forward every day. If everything goes as planned we will be ready for distribution by mid September. Website should be up about that time as well.

I have just launched a kickstarter campaign! I am working on the remaining steps to become a food processor so I may distribute the chocolate chip cookies to vendors. This is a big project, but one that I am super excited about!

Just had two little boys try my chocolate chip cookies for the first time. One comment, "this is heaven, mmmmm." The other one said, "this is the best thing I've ever tasted. Can I have another one?"
