It’s June…so in my mind, summer is officially here. I thought it would be fun to do a silly little ‘Bagel Love’ challenge to kick it off, because this season is all about carefree, YOLO vibes. Turns out, not only do I love to make bagels, but I also eat them non-stop — so I finally indulged myself in this ginormous cream cheese tub. I’m not gonna lie, I stood in the dairy aisle and deliberated for a few minutes before purchasing because the expiration date is only a little over a month away. The pressure is ON! (Picture me doing my best Rocky Balboa fight day impression). Now let’s see if I am able to make it through the whole thing before it expires. Will she…won’t she?! The suspense is palpable!! I cracked the seal on this glorious tub just this morning, so the challenge has commenced. Stay tuned for the conclusion of this nail biting thriller! 😆
