If you have corn allergies in your family be careful in your baking! Baking powder contains cornstarch!

Here's a fairly simple fix!

1/2 level teaspoon of cream of tartar
1/4 level teaspoon of baking soda

If you want to make up a container to have on hand simply add 1/4 teaspoon of arrowroot powder! Make as much or as little as you need!

2 dozen full size and 21 mini cupcakes in the oven! Chocolate BUT with ZERO gluten, dairy, egg, corn, or seed oils. This is a test batch before an order for next week so if they turn out well the majority will be headed to Maters and Milk for sale!

Just got a cake order for 2 weeks from now! The sweet little one has to be gluten free, dairy free, egg free, corn free, peanut free, banana free, strawberry free, and food dye free. Mama will be buying a Mickey Mouse topper and we will see what magic I can pull off for this sweet little one!
