The first and last tier of this 3 tiered masterpiece consisted of our moist vanilla sponge cake filled with tangy raspberry and strawberry filling. The middle tier was made from our delectably rich chocolate sponge cake and freshly whipped chocolate mousse. We finished off this beautiful design with our creamy house-made vanilla buttercream.
