Real Bread Takes Time
At our bakery, we still make sourdough the old-fashioned way — slowly, by hand, and with simple ingredients we feel good about serving our own families. We use organic flour, long fermentation times, and never add fillers, preservatives, or dough conditioners to speed things up. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand in small batches, which means no two days look exactly the same.
Because we take the slower route, our bread takes much longer to make — but we truly believe you can taste the difference. Most days we sell out before closing, and we’re so grateful for a community that values real, thoughtfully made food as much as we do.
We would love to have you stop by and join us this week — whether you’re picking up your favorite loaf, grabbing pastries for the family, or trying something new. It truly means so much to us every time you choose to support our small bakery. We look forward to baking for you, serving you, and seeing familiar faces walk through our doors each day.
