A special princess cake for my princess loving 3 year old! Had so much fun making my first doll cake and my customer was extremely grateful!!

Featured is an eggless chocolate and vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream on the outside.

Such a fun cake and smash cake for a very sweet and smiley one year old! First birthdays are always so special! Smash cake is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. Larger rose cake is chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.

Such a sweet llama pull apart cupcake cake! Features a little over 2 dozen vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting.

This is such a great way to get a theme cake without worrying about cutting the cake and getting enough pieces!

This was such a fun cake to make for a very special 10 year old!!! The theme was pool party! Featured is a dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and handmade vanilla sugar cookie toppers! Love the orange swirl effect on the sun!

Tip: if you want to make sugar cookie toppers, roll your dough thicker- 3/8”, as soon as the cookies come out of the oven carefully insert a cake pop stick. The cookie will “attach” to the stick as it cools! If you have a smaller cookie use the short cake pop sticks but in this case the toppers were bigger and heavier so I opted for the longer sticks.

Happy Nurse Appreciation week!! Thankful for all nurses do to care for patients. They are so essential to the healthcare team! As a Physician Assistant myself, I couldn’t do my job without you! As a mother, your kindness and care makes a world of difference in children feeling comfortable at the doctor’s office. If you haven’t thanked your nurse today- show them some gratitude!! They dress it!!!

What a fun and colorful cake to celebrate a special unicorn loving 3 year old!

Featured is a monster cookie inspired cake with peanut butter cake, filled with chocolate ganache and monster cookie pieces covered with vanilla buttercream. Ears were made from monster cookies and buttercream frosting. The horn made with a sugar cone and piped buttercream painted with gold luster dust. This cake was also special because it was completely egg free!!

A special cake for my nephew’s birthday! Featured is a Twix cake- chocolate cake with shortbread crumbles and caramel and chocolate buttercream. I loved using black cocoa for this to get a rich chocolate flavor and make the buttercream dark without turning everyone’s mouth black!
Featuring sugar cookie topper/name with royal icing

Simple and elegant for a special mom to be! This was a double barrel cake (two different cakes, but same size). This cake features a lemon poppyseed cake, filled with lemon cream cheese buttercream and fresh raspberries. The second cake was a chocolate cake with rocky road filling and chocolate buttercream. The entire cake was frosted with vanilla buttercream.
