Backup Bakery I am a Cottage Food Bakery in Round Rock, Texas. My goods are for local pickup only. Hello! I’m Nicole and I love all things sugar.
(1)

I make to order - custom sugar cookies, drop cookies such as chocolate chip, cakes, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and cookie cakes. Baking especially brings me joy. Creating beautiful things for people is my passion. Combining the two things that I love in order to create a noteworthy moment for you and your friends or family is what I’m all about. Whether it’s something beautiful or something sassy, it’s always sweet. I’m currently only baking for flash sales, big holidays and pop up shops. Once my kids get a little older I’m hoping to be able to dedicate more time to custom orders for your special occasions. Thank you for supporting my dreams and my business. And don’t worry, I’ve got your back!

Here’s some adorable cookies we made yesterday. These little zombies are so cute!! 🧟‍♀️ 🧁
