I had the privilege of creating 14 dozen of these American graduate cupcakes, for an amazing guy and his family.
These cupcakes had a ton of meaning behind them! The parents of the graduate had a marble cake with canoli filling for their wedding cake, and when their son the graduate was born on their one year wedding anniversary, they again had marble cake with cannoli filling. And it has been his birthday cake every year after that. So as you probably guessed they are marble cupcakes with canoli filling and Italian buttercream frosting!!

It has been a while since I posted a creation. Here’s my accomplishment for the day with a wild toddler and a stinky baby. Monsters inc. cupcakes for a special little dude turning 3!!

Normally I spend my summers baking and decorating cakes for my wonderful clients but this summer was spent baking this little sweet bun. Daveigh Jean-Marie decided she was coming out of the oven a little bit early!
I will resume cake orders in the new year!
