Made with freshly shredded Asiago, Romano & Parmesan. We shred every block of cheese in-house because that’s how we do things. No anti-caking agents. No shortcuts. No funny business. Just whole ingredients and incredible flavor.

A huge thank you to everyone who voted, commented, shared, and helped us choose the perfect name for our bubbly little bread baby! This starter is the heart and soul behind so many of the loaves you enjoy each week, and now it finally has a name worthy of its rise to fame. 😄
