Are you old enough to remember this episode? I finally did it with a combination of many recipes, it's the vegan, gluten-free black & white cookie. Firm on the outside and spongy, cake-like in the middle. It's perfect. Clearly, though, there's work to be done on the frosting. I'll get it right by Saturday. Promise.
