Our floor is installed, and things will get back to normal next week. We will have baguettes on Sunday.

01/08/2024

We are installing a new floor this week in our food prep space- January 9-14.

We will have most pastries/cookies/sandwiches/etc. We will have all of the drinks.

We will have no bread. It’s the floors fault.

Happy New Year.

We are closed January 2, and will reopen on January 3.

Hope this post saves you a disappointing/empty handed trip tomorrow.

This is our first post in almost a year. Something that we love about the customers that visit our bakery is the fact that you come for what we bake rather than coming because of our (nonexistent) social media wizardry.

Anyways, MASKS/FACE COVERINGS:

Starting Tuesday, wearing a mask to enter the bakery will be strongly encouraged but no longer required.
We are very appreciative of how supportive customers have been of our mask policy throughout the pandemic. We also appreciate that no longer requiring masks could make some of our customers uncomfortable. That said, it will be increasingly difficult to enforce the mask requirement in the coming months, especially as the CDC guidelines on masks have changed.

We will continue to let only a few customers in the store at a time. Our seating will not return until a little further down the road.
We hope that you continue to feel safe in our shop.

Good morning. Just a late reminder that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday of this week. We will reopen on Tuesday with normal hours.
Hope everyone had a nice holiday, stay safe and warm.

Green Phase and Five Points

As the county nears Green Phase, Five Points is committed to offering the most people the best experience possible right now. For us that means no changes as we leave the Yellow Phase. We will continue to operate as we have since the pandemic hit in mid-March.

-Our staff will wear face coverings and customers must do the same

-Distancing in line will continue

-Non-cash payment methods are preferred

-Seating in the cafe will not be reinstated anytime soon

We appreciate your support through these past few strange months. Your ongoing adherence to our operating procedures is crucial.

Starting this morning, espresso a mano is back. Espresso? Yup. Cappuccino? Yup. Latte? Yup.

We are asking that coffee orders be placed first so that your drink can be made while you place the rest of your order and pay. Gotta keep that line moving!

04/11/2020

We will be open our normal Sunday hours tomorrow (Easter Day).

8-2

04/08/2020

In other news, we still have holidays.
If fact, two big ones coming up.

We have flourless chocolate cakes and almond macaroons today through Passover. And we will have hot cross buns starting on Friday through Easter.

We recommend removing your face covering before trying to eat these (or any other) items.

04/07/2020

In case you didn’t stop by today, just a heads up:

All customers will be required to wear a face covering starting this week until it seems smart to stop. Our staff will do the same.

We are providing handmade disposable masks until we run out to help with the transition. Alternatives to masks are acceptable as long as they provide adequate protection.
