Mazel Tov & Felice Matrimonio!

It was my absolute honor and privilege to create this custom design for the wedding of Steph and Evan Cohen.

Inspired by a cake the happy couple admired while strolling through Milan, Italy, this creation was sculpted entirely in marshmallow fondant, meticulously hand-crafted to capture the rich, painted texture of their original vision.

To complement the design, the bride selected an indulgent flavor profile: rich chocolate fudge cake layered with classic vanilla buttercream and a decadent chocolate mousse-infused filling.

The aesthetic pays tribute to Italy—the newlyweds’ beloved happy place—highlighted by royal blue blooms, ornate scrollwork, and delicate white lemon blossoms and lemons.

Finished with an airbrushed pearl sheen, adding an extra sparkle & glitter!

“HEY DAVID! Guess what, guess what?! Can you make this super-duper AWESOME cake for my birthday? Look, I have the fish!”

And then David said, “WOAH, Georgie! You bet I can! I love a challenge!”

Check out this MEGA-COOL Beta Fish aquarium cake for Georgie! It has FOUR giant layers of yummy Banana Split cake! We dumped in a gazillion rainbow sprinkles to make it extra funfetti-tastic, plus bright electric blue vanilla buttercream and creamy cocoa inside!

The outside is airbrushed in edible gel colors with pretty blue ombre marshmallow fondant that tastes like candy! It has gooey fondant sea shells, wiggly sea anemones, starfish, sand dollars, and a real crunchy vanilla wafer “sand” all over the bottom!

Georgies Dad built a SUPER cool platform with bright, shiny blue legs! Then we put the big fish tank right on top... and guess who lives inside? DORITO!

Once again, I am honored and truly humbled to collaborate with Christine on a custom creation for the 6abc team—this time honoring the incomparable, legendary icon;

CECILY TYNAN!!!

After decades of dedicated service at 6abc, Cecily is retiring. She leaves behind an incredible legacy as a force of nature and a true inspiration in the world of meteorology.

Her final broadcast, emotional farewell, and post-show party—complete with setups honoring her on-air highlights and personal passions—were reportedly nothing short of epic!

Our mission was to craft a fun cake reflecting her vibrant personality, her deep love for the Philadelphia Zoo, and her passion for waterskiing.

We approached the design through the playful lens of a child's imagination, incorporating several of her most memorable on-air moments. Keep an eye out for the rat's tail, the cute little mouse, the snake, the tortoise munching on leaves, and her long-awaited hippo selfie!

The cake itself features two large tiers of Cecily's chosen flavor: marble (triple chocolate fudge paired with French vanilla), layered and surrounded with a vanilla buttercream. The color palette draws from "green-screen green" and vibrant hot pink, accented by dark green gel-tinted leaves reminiscent of the treats she feeds to the zoo animals live on set.

Christine designed the custom made waterskiing topper, which we set in sculpted marshmallow fondant waves and foam.

Just for us.

Feeling the Italia inspiration, created a delicious fun little pistachio cakelet (lol)

Nordicware 8” shallow molded pan, yellow cake infused with handcrafted pistachio creme, and topped with pistachio buttercream and sprinkled with crushed pistachio nuts.

Yup! YUMMY!
