HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY B-AYDA!

Santa made yet another appearance for this incredible three-year-old‘s birthday party. Obsessed with hello Kitty, we have French vanilla cake, with French vanilla buttercream. Marshmallow fondant designs include the quilted pink, with edible pearls. Soft, not hard lol handcrafted hello Kitty, with hearts, and edible glitter.

Miss Kitty is topped with a Santa hat, and bows.

6ABC Lilo & Stitch Holiday Party!

I had the distinct honor once again, of designing and creating the holiday cake for WPVI-TVs, staff and children’s holiday party. (And, standing in for Santa Claus himself)

Here we have three tiers of French vanilla cake, infused with tropical candies, layered with a vanilla buttercream, and rainbow sprinkles for that fun-fetti effect. The marshmallow fondant designs combine the Disneys Lilo and stitch tropical theme, mixed in with a little Holiday magic. A few snowflakes here and there, and of course, edible glitter. Stitches Santa hat, and the handcrafted tropical flowers, all hand fell dyed, and created by hand. Topped off with sugar, sheep prints of Lilo and friends, with Stich himself handmade.

Thank you six ABC, and Christine, for a wondrous, and beautiful event!

Happy 40th Mike!

Mikes sister designed this cake, informing us of his preference for yellow cake and buttercream. It’s safe to say, we made it so! (See what I did there?) 🤣

This Safe Cake features several thick layers of yellow cake, filled and surrounded with a vanilla buttercream. Marshmallow fondant designs include a thin layer of black fondant, covering the safe, with sugar sheet prints of $100 dollar bills bursting out of the door. The hand crafted and painted combination & handle having been unlocked. An edible Rolex watch waits patiently on its soft pillow, for the exact timing of cutting into Mikes Birthday cake!

(Generously sprinkled with edible gold glitter)

“She yelled ‘it’s so pink! It’s me as a cake!’ 🩷🤣”

Two tiers of triple chocoate fudge cake, filled and surrounded with a milk chocolate buttercream, and flavored with an “essence” of bourbon.

Marshmallow fondant designs include the quilted texture, edible gold pearls, and the handcrafted electric pink bow with ribbons flowing.  Generously sprinkled with 24k edible glitter.

Her favorite show is Friends!

A special cake for a very special young woman who ‘thinks in pictures’

4 thick layers of French vanilla cake, filled and surrounded with a Ghirardelli milk chocolate buttercream. Marshmallow fondant designs feature the sofa and coffee cups from the famous Central Perk, and the peephole and frame.

Edible sugar prints of the logo, her favorites- Joey and Chandler, and a handcrafted Friends logo!

“A little boo is almost due“

Two tiers, four thick layers each, with the base tier being triple chocolate fudge, the top tier vanilla. Filled and surrounded with a French vanilla buttercream. Marshmallow fondant designs include recreating the themed decor - also pictured, a n the colors of blue and orange. Handcrafted ghosts, pumpkins, and edible sugar sheet prints finish off this baby shower surprise!

NOPE! Contrary to what many have thought, no… I have not moved to Italy full time🤭. Although i am in Italy many times through the year, it has been 2 weeks to a month at a time …so yes, I’m still available to make your special cake. Proof in point, the following 🎣

Happy Fishing Party Birthday!

6 years old and LOVES fishing! 4 thick layers of chocolate fudge cake, filled, and surrounded with a heavy milk chocolate buttercream.

Marshmallow fondant designs include the big mouth bass and tail bursting from the river, fly fishing hook in mouth. Included are the fly fishing pole, the river reeds, and of course, a few little water bubbles floating atop the blue, green and white gel tinted water!

GO CHARTER SENIORS!

Celebrating the three graduating seniors on the softball team. Ryan, Arie & Lauren!

3 tiers, 9 layers of vanilla pound cake, filled, and surrounded with a vanilla buttercream. The marshmallow fondant designs include the softball, handcrafted softball bats, hand tinted blue and yellow - the official colors of the school, the school seal and logos, and of course, a portrait of the three seniors.
