We are currently located in the the lovely Upper Holmesburg section of Northeast Philadelphia, and our operation is strictly wholesale. Our customer base is primarily restaurants, caterers, and country clubs in and around Philadelphia, PA. We currently retail to the public via some of the local open air farmers' markets and a few prepared foods shops in and around the city. We hope one day soon to have our own cafe to offer our products and other prepared foods directly to the public.

We are ramping up for the Tomato Festival at Burlington County Farmers Market 🚜 this Saturday and bringing lots of tomato products. This tomato mozzarella focaccia is one we have been making for years and is a customer favorite. Look this week for our tomato pie focaccia which we just introduced last year during tomato season. This year Nishon will be making a compote from cherry tomatoes we sourced from Interstellar Farm, one of our fellow vendors at the market. He will make a puff pastry shell topped with this compote and Fontina cheese. Be sure to stop by one of our markets this weekend and grab a tomato product during peak tomato season.

I have seen SO MUCH bread over the last 23+ years that I am not easily impressed. However, when I was prepping and packing for Headhouse yesterday, I was struck by how gorgeous this batch of sourdough boules were. They are such a simple recipe, but the flavor is unmatched that can only be achieved with a 24+ year old starter. It is one of our best sellers and yesterday I really appreciated the beauty of its simplicity. If you haven't tried ours, this is your sign to grab a loaf this weekend.

It is BLAZING🔥 hot in this place, but our small, but mighty staff has been working so hard💪🙌 this week and we are SO GRATEFUL!!! Sadly😭, our market staff availability this weekend is thin tomorrow, so we will not be able to attend Yardley Farmers Market due to lack of staff. We will be attending the following markets on Saturday and Sunday:

💐Mother's Day is this Sunday and we will have our special pastry assortments available for a limited time. This year's mix will include one of each of the following: chocolate croissant, strawberry heart hand pie, raisin brioche swirl, blueberry scone, raspberry muffin, and a laminated danish.

You can order them for pick-up at one of our farmers' markets this weekend or special delivery in Wilmington, DE on Saturday.
