Baker Street Bread Company, Philadelphia’s first artisan bread bakery, was founded in November of 1992. From the beginning our mission has been to bake all natural artisan bread in the super premium category. We imported an 18-ton oven from France and utilize other European baking equipment and techniques to bake our world-class bread. Over the years, our bread has been awarded, honored and acclai

We utilize only the freshest, natural ingredients along with the purest flours to produce the finest hand shaped Artisan Breads. We love local! This Marble Rye is from Street Bread Co in Philadelphia and is just as lovely as it looks! Local vendors are a big part of what makes Co-ops unique. Supporting local small businesses not only stimulates the local economy, and aids in the sustainable development of our community, but it tastes great too!
