Mondays are for 📣 announcements 📣 !!! I would like to share that we collectively raised $500 for Red Cloud Renewable (see photo 2). The donation will go towards career training for native students, it will help to lower the utility burden for tribal members who live in energy hardship, and it helps to protect our (one and only) planet by reducing carbon emissions (through RCR’s solar work). Thank you so much for showing up, for being here, for making a difference, and for eating the things I bake!!! Solidarity in flour power. (And Happy Earth Month.) 💪🏻 🥯

Damn it feels good to bake a bagel. Juuuuust making sure my skills aren’t too rusty for next weekend’s breakfast boxes! Flavors? Rosemary olive oil and the premiere of cacio e pepe (for which I obtained semolina flour and healthy helping of pecorino romano). 🥯

The small but mighty pie crust cookie. This one is peanut butter and Nutella and tastes like a highly elevated chocolate peanut butter cookie. Sea salt flakes on top and flaky crisp pie crust on the bottom make it extra fun. (And extra delicious.)
