We get it - they’re easy to mix up! Both are flaky, layered pastries, but there’s one big difference: what’s inside.

🦞 Lobster Tail: Our take on the classic sfogliatella shell, combined with the light, airy texture of a cream puff. It’s puffy, crunchy, shaped like a lobster tail, and filled with vanilla whipped cream, finished with a cherry on top.

🇮🇹 Sfogliatella: A true Italian staple and one of Gus’s favorite pastries in the shop! This perfectly layered, golden-brown pastry is filled with baked ricotta and orange zest, finished in a signature clamshell shape.

Easy to confuse, but hard to choose between - so you can always get both!
