Garlic Confit……. I wish you could smell the house while this is cooking in air fryer. 😛. I make my garlic the same for my roasted garlic & rosemary sourdough loaf, as well as mashing it up and putting it in my meat sauce or meatballs that I’ll show you in a minute. 🤌🫶🏻. Devine.

Let’s talk about cookies for a moment. Yes these are sourdough cookies. These are my peanut butter cookies in the works. I browned the butter for all of my cookies. Why, do you ask? The brown little bits at the bottom of the pan when you brown butter, plus the browned butter enhances the cookies to another dimension. They should make a perfume with essence of brown butter is all I can say. lol! 😆 You can brown butter for any cookie and it just takes it to another level. I do this for all of my cookies, including my mocha chip cookies with espresso, peanut butter, snickerdoodles, and oatmeal raisin walnut. All of these you will find at the market this weekend.
