Cookie Butter w/ White Chocolate Chips 😋.

If you love Biscoff cookies, you’ll love these cookies! I stuff them with cookie butter, cookie butter is in batter with white chocolate chips, crushed Biscoff cookies. Once baked , I top with melted cookie butter and a Biscoff cookie. The cookies are 4 ounces (bigger than a hockey puc!) So delicious, you have to try these!

These cookies are part of my Fall Cookie Flights so you’ll get a chance to taste Pumpkin Butter w/ praline crumble, Cookie Butter, S’mores, Dubai Chocolate. You don’t want to miss it! Fresh sourdough S’mores cookies out of the oven 😋 They are BIG, 4 oz cookies ( bigger than hockey puck 😉). These will be part of my FALL cookie flight this year.

Also in the line-up: Cookie butter, Pumpkin 🎃 w/ praline crumble, Dubai chocolate. You’ll find these available on my order site, delivery on Saturdays, but also, the Wren Haven market 9/26, Saturday 9-2 pm. Will start taking pre-orders Monday 9/21.

Dehydrated sourdough starter is so easy to do when you have extra starter that you don’t want to continue to feed until you’re ready. I spread evenly layers of fed starter onto parchment that I’ve cut out to fit my dehydrator. I then turn it on and leave it for about 12-15 hours. When ready, I break off the bits of starter and place into a blender, pulverize it! If you like, you can then put the starter in to a coffee grinder to get a fine powder. I use mine to sell starter at market, place in pancake 🥞 mixes, muffin mixes, etc. the world is your oyster 🦪! Happy Saturday!

Don’t make things more complicated. This may trigger you bakers. However, you don’t have to autolyse
To get delicious bread. The secret is I just add the salt in and mix with all the other ingredients. Bread still comes out delicious. You do you boo!

Yes, as a Baker, here’s what to do if you have dry, stiff cinnamon rolls. Top your cinnamon rolls with drizzled, heavy, whipping cream, you can even use a pasty brush to rub in, but not required. I find when they bake the cream, steams the buns, no pun intended, LOL! You will fine, nice and soft cinnamon rolls with a gooey texture that they are known for. Enjoy happy baking.! what’s up! # cinnamonrolls
