Roasted Garlic & Parmesan sourdough bagels 🥯. I roasted garlic in my air fryer with some olive oil ( I have previous video of that, plz see my page) let it cool. Then I smashed it with a fork. I took 1/2 of my garlic and put it in mixer with my bagel dough to incorporate. Once mixed, proofed, etc, I topped with a mixture of the roasted garlic, melted butter, parsley, and lastly, shredded Parmesan cheese. Baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. So soft on the inside, you get the slight saltiness from the Parmesan with the roasted garlic flavor. The Parmesan sends it into heaven. Get. In.my.belly. Happy Weekend!

Sourdough jalapeño cheddar bagels 🥯 fresh from the oven! Soft and tender crumb, flavor on point with the chunks of jalapeño and cheddar. Not spicy !

It’s fruit pie 🥧 Season!!!! Well, if you’d ask me, pie season is all year around. Sara’s favorite fact of the day: I love pie. I like cake ok, I guess. But , pie any day of the week. This is my blueberry 🫐 pie made with blueberries from my family farm in Alabama, thank you family! They are BIG, PLUMP, JUICY!! The crust is made with butter , NOT vegetable shortening!! Of course the crust is also made with sourdough. This is a light, flakey, crust that goes great with any pie! Happy Summer, y’all!
