Yesterday I had the privilege of setting up this macaron tower cake at my niece’s wedding.

This same niece who was one of the flower girls at my wedding over 15 years ago. *I think there are onions in the room*

I didn’t realize it right away, but her wedding was also planned and executed on about 3 months, the same way mine was 😂 I remember the stress of trying to get it all done, so I offered to make the cake too to take some stress away from my cousin, bride’s mom. They only wanted a small simple cake so they can cut it for photos, which matched my skill level. Nonetheless, I was stressing about the cake way more than I was about macarons! 😅🤣

It was a beautiful wedding and I’m so happy for Angie to start her new life with her Nathan. I’m very happy that I was able to be a part of it!

I miss doing lots of special holiday boxes.

These were gifts, I made 6 small boxes and one larger one. The rest of macarons will be eaten during our Christmas get togethers. I actually don’t eat them 😂, but I have plenty of people who will.
