For our panettone fans, you will love Colomba di Pasqua, a special bread that only comes around once a year at Easter and resembles a bird. The tender open crumb is light and studded with candied citrus and white chocolate while the golden brown crust is flecked with pearl sugar. Have you tried our Jalousie? Puff pastry filled with sautéed mushrooms, sliced delicata squash sitting on a bed of Brie cheese, topped with Gruyere cheese before being encased in the puff pastry. Served sliced and warmed, It gets its name because the top resembles wooden slatted blinds. You’ll find it at the bakery in the afternoons.
