We hope anyone that anyone that got to try these Pog cruffins enjoyed them this week! They will be back next weekend.

I was still feeling the Hawaiian vibes after my brief trip, so I tried to bring the island with me. 😁

Cruffin filled with orange curd, topped with passionfruit frosting, guava agar jellies, and passion orange jellies. 🍊 sweet and tart and the same time.

The blood orange curd cruffin will be back Friday! This fluffy on the inside while crispy on the outside croissant is filled with a blood orange curd, some strawberry hibiscus jelly, then tossed in citrus sugar with white chocolate cream lightly scented with 🌺, then topped with a fresh strawberry.

The lucky strawberry cronigiri is made with strawberries and cream then topped with strawberry inspiration chocolate and garnished with freeze dried strawberries and a flower.

Does anyone remember when Sunday briefly had an ice cream shop? There was a birthday cake ice cream that I absolutely loved, and this Cronigiri is a little nod to that treat.

It's made with out white rabbit pastry cream, with a little unsweetened whip cream for a lighter texture, then we fold in chocolate cake bits, sprinkles, a touch more salt to round out the flavor, then topped with a cherry.

Croissant + Onigiri + random kitchen magic =✨️ Cronigiri ✨️

First feature of this new Cronigiri series is
Kimchi cronigiri: filled with sauteed onions, kimchi, garlic, mushrooms, corn, and a little bit of cheesy mornay. This treat is finished with a little bit of green onion and seaweed. 😘
