How is it June?! Since I’ve been posting so infrequently lately, I’ll just update y’all with some highlights from last month! Anyone wanna manage my Instagram? 😋💖

1 - Cali trip with to see friends and go to 💫
2 - amazing brunch at where I got to see my favorite Frenchie and take a tour of their incredible kitchen 🇫🇷
3/4/5 - Chloe’s 6th birthday! Mine and Aric’s families came to town and got to meet eachother for the first time! We all got deathly ill from a contagious child but had a great time nonetheless 🥰 and .dam.jenkins dressed up like the princesses they are and performed for the kids 👸🏻🥹 somehow the only pic I got of Chloe’s bday cake this year but she sure did love it 💖

My happy place ✨ it’s still surreal standing in here sometimes - In this space I built completely from scratch, by myself, for myself. I sat down almost 2 years ago and imagined what I wanted this space to be - most importantly, how I wanted to feel when I was in here. Then slowly but surely, I brought that vision to life. Now, time to manifest a full HVAC system up in this… 😋

I couldn’t be prouder to be your future wife ❤️ I knew it from the day I met you and I’m so excited for this next chapter in life together. There’s a million + 1 reasons I said yes and you show me new reasons to love you every day. Chloe and I are so damn lucky to have you ❤️ I love you so much it hurts (and yes that’s a hot sauce packet I took all the way to France *juuuuuuuust in case*) omg don’t even get me started on this STUNNING ring he had custom designed for me by the incredible 🥹 he even included an emerald in the band for Chloe (her birthstone)!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 yes. I was an absolute sobbing mess. I LOVE YOU FIANCÉ!!!

We can all agree the worst part of Christmas is the cleanup right…? Every year I just throw everything in a big box and say “I’ll deal with it next year” and then all of a sudden it’s next year and I’m dealing with a huge mess of lights and cords. ‘Tis the season am I right? 😅

Another career bucket list item was checked off the list this AM! I had the honor of being on with my fellow judge where we made some of our favorite Christmas cookies and talked about our new series on 🍪🎄🎅 The kids loved her gingerbread (I mean—it was freakin’ delicious) and were so-so about my peppermint cookies lol. Next time I should have Chloe be my taste tester 😋 but for you chocolate peppermint lovers—it really is a tasty cookie. Went to the city with Chloe yesterday to deliver a birthday cake to the cutest 5-year-old 🫶🏼❤️ The birthday girl wanted Elsa's Frozen ice castle, and Chloe wanted to make Olaf (her first fondant sculpture 🥹), and she absolutely crushed it! 🙌 We made a day of it, starting with a visit to for some slimy, sensory fun. Then, we strolled through a few of my favorite neighborhoods, window shopping, people watching and trying desperately to step on lantern flies (they are so hard to squash) …just trying to do our civic duty! 😅

Having lived in this incredible city for a collective total of ~8 years, it will always hold such a special place in my heart (as long as I’m not driving ) 💖✨ There's something magical about being able to share these experiences with my daughter and show her some of my favorite spots. It's amazing how motherhood has opened up a whole new world of joy and adventure for me. Motherhood truly is the best hood I've lived in thus far! ❤️✨✌🏼

Mark this one down as one of my all-time favs!!! ✍🏼 I’m often asked ‘what’s the most favorite cake you’ve ever made?’ Well, this cake made on location in Hawai’i is definitely at the TOP of the list 🤩 swipe left for some detail shots of this pretty lady. I think the volcanic rocks are my favorite. They’re completely edible and made of chiseled honeycomb candy. I also love the bas-relief panels of sentimental imagery for the client, especially toddler holding her mom’s pinkie …. I meannnn😭🤧🫠 the strawberries also have a special meaning to the birthday girl - they were for her late mother, and I incorporated them into the design as a visual reminder that her mom would be there celebrating with her 🥹 the little gold dragonflies and their gelatin wings..the waterfall…the flowers … ok I’ll stop. This one hurt to cut into though xoxo

A couple of weeks ago I had the absolute honor of traveling to Hollister, CA to make this swan sculpture for a wonderful client. I’ve made a lot of cakes in my career and I gotta say - this is definitely one of my favorites 🦢 when I travel for orders, I’ll prep as much as I can at my CT studio and then meticulously put everything together in a suitable Airbnb over the span of two days. Sometimes I travel with an assistant, sometimes I don’t. I love these types of orders because they push me out of my comfort zone and allows me to see a new place and connect with my clients on a deeper level. Thank you for having me and trusting me with your vision 🩷🩷🩷

Ooooooooo she pretty 🤗 ok this cake was massive. My favorite thing about it?? It freakin’ EXPLODED SPRINKLES!!!! 💥 I mean, talk about a party 🎉 it also had a variety of black and white patterns on the inside too 🤤 something funny about this episode - within the first 10 minutes filming, on the first squat down to grab the giant mixing bowl, my pants split completely down the back..I could not believe it. I had to keep the pants on and just turn my apron around for the rest of the episode so I wasn’t constantly mooning everyone 🤣 gotta say - the breeze was quite niiiiiiice 🌝 ok happy Tuesday!!! Xoxoxo

An edible Photo Booth moment at a party?? Don’t mind if I do!! 💅🏼💃🏻🪩 this was one of my most favorite creations on S2 of . It was just sooo much fun. It cracks me up looking at it now bc I didn’t even realize in the moment that I was totally leaving the drop crotch off the drop crotch pants 🤣 just needed to get it done!! How cool is this edible fabric though?! It’s a gelatin/wafer paper combo that feels like the real thing when done right! I love being a part of a show where we’re encouraged to go big and given the support by and the amazing art dept to bring these crazy visions to life!! I feel like every party needs a tinsel balloon arch IMO 💋💋💋 an added bonus to this day was the surprise delivery from for the entire crew!! Everyone write Netflix and tell them we need a 3rd season k thx byeeee ❤️❤️❤️

Our specialties are chocolate sculptures, sugar flowers and unique designs. We take great pride in our creative approach to cake design as well as being able to seamlessly execute more traditional designs. It's our priority to provide an easy and enjoyable experience to our clients from start to finish. Every client that comes through our shop is given ample attention and treated like the VIP they are.
