We’ve been making crêpe cakes for a while, but we were never fully happy with the result. Thank you to everyone who has shared feedback with us over the years. The cake was slightly dry, and the cream could sometimes feel greasy—something many vegan dessert lovers can probably relate to. Too often, vegan pastries with cream fillings end up tasting dense, waxy, or overly sweet.

We’ve always loved the iconic crêpe cakes and dreamed of creating a truly great vegan version. After weeks of research and development, we finally reworked the recipe just in time for Lunar New Year—perfect for your holiday celebrations.

The new cream is light and fluffy, incredibly close to its dairy counterpart, and the crêpes are delicate with no dryness at all. We were honestly shocked by how much it tastes like the non-vegan version. We’re incredibly proud of the result and can’t wait for everyone to try it.

Our first pop-up ! We are excited to have everybody try our Vegan Char Siu Bolo Baos for the first time! It’s a perfect balance of the sweetness, saltiness and over all flavor. We guarantee you the vegan meat texture won’t be disappointing either!
