Eek! It’s Wednesday night and I forgot to post yesterday! My apologies. I plan to have focaccia, English muffins, ciabatta and French bread for sure Saturday! Hoping to be able to bring some hot dog and hamburger buns as well! I will for sure bring bread but not sure what flavors yet. I will make that dough tomorrow night!

On our way to market today! No English muffins…they didn’t make it :( but I have ciabatta, Caprese focaccia, French bread, cinnamon swirl and soft sandwich loaves, as well as whole and half croissant and plain loaves. Just a few scones today…espresso and chocolate chip! See you soon!

Hello Everyone! School starts for me on Wednesday this week but the plan is to continue at the market until 10/10. To do this, I will not be able to bring as much as I usually do! My plan is to post what I intend to bring by Tuesday night. If you would like something other than what I’m bringing, let me know and I’ll do my best to bring what you need.

For the market on 9/29, the menu will be:
*Bread, plain and croissant sourdough and cinnamon swirl. *English muffins
*ciabatta
*Scones, chocolate chip and chocolate espresso
* I am also hoping to have peach and/or peach blueberry muffins.

Good afternoon! It was a wonderful market and I absolutely love seeing the same faces week after week, as well as new people. It’s my favorite part of the week! Not a sell out today but that is soooo okay! I came home with a few scones and double chocolate muffins and 2 loaves of my favorite bread, coffee and chocolate. I love coffee AND chocolate so def. not complaining!!

Speaking of complaints, I really didn’t feel great about my scones this week. I tried something new, hoping that would help me with time management after school starts. While they are cooked and edible, they were not my usual product. I ate one after the market and didn’t like the texture at all.

If you bought a scone or two from me and are disappointed too, please let me know next week so I can make it right for you! I want you to be able to trust in my baked goods.

11:30! We still have some scones, English muffins and ciabatta as well as plain, coffee and chocolate and one croissant left! And muffins…peach and double chocolate!
