Bacon Date Fougasse…an all day labor of love! New Boston Farmers Market

Today is dough day for the New Boston Farmers Market! We will have artisan loaves in plain, croissant, garlic, herb and parm croissant, and coffee with dark chocolate, just like last week! I am also making bacon and prepping dates later for fougasse! Right now loaves are bulk fermenting while I’m at an appt and on the way here I stopped for fresh picked local strawberries from Devrient in Goffstown. Those will end up in scones for sure! So juicy!! I feel the need to make a sourdough pound cake!

Thank you everyone for another amazing market day! It’s so worth the late nights and exhaustion when I get to sit on the town common and interact with such amazing people! I came home with a few chocolate espresso scones and I am a-okay with that; they’re my favorite. 2 more days of school and then I can bake during the day lol 😂 See you next Saturday!
